The PDR document has been designed to meet
Home Office requirements for a standard approach to performance and development
reviews with configuration of PDR Sections
to meet localisation requirements and terminology.

Supplied as a data feed from existing HR databases or can be maintained within
the application.

Ensure people know what the organisation aims to achieve and how they can contribute
