Workflow - the system guides the user through the file process by displaying the correct series of forms, in the sequence determined by the file type selected and prompts for any data that is required as mandatory. At the end of the creation process, the file is validated and any errors or omissions highlighted. This file is then held in a central server location and other parties automatically prompted to review the file to complete their particular tasks. The prompt provided through email, includes a link that on click opens the file record for the user. In the event of the file needing to be reviewed or checked, the document is displayed in a review pane that allows for comments to be recorded. On completion of the review, the system prompts the file creator to review and complete any changes.
In addition to case material, e-File is also able to meet the requirements for any sets of documents where the organisation needs to create files through an automated workflow.
